Illumination Entertainment brings back the most chaotic and beloved characters in animation in "Minions & Monsters", set to premiere in 2026. Following the success of "Minions: The Rise of Gru" (2022), the third chapter promises to dive even deeper into the hilarious adventures of these small yellow henchmen.

PREMISE:
Produced by Chris Meledandri, the film continues the franchise's tradition of blending visual humor, animated action, and heartwarming moments. Still focusing on the Minions before the "Despicable Me" era, the third film will show the characters facing new villains, traveling the world, and getting into totally out-of-control situations, just the way fans love. Young Gru is also expected to return with a more prominent role, showing how his villainous ideas were shaped with the clumsy help of the Minions.
